NewOne system for costing, sales and inventory

Your restaurant, connected. Finally.

Vetro is end-to-end restaurant management software. It joins your POS, your suppliers and your recipes into one system — so every plate has a true cost, and every outlet has numbers you can act on.

The platform

Everything the back of house runs on

Costing, sales, purchasing and inventory stop being four spreadsheets and start being one system that agrees with itself.

Sales, synced from the POS you already use

Vetro is a connector platform, not a pile of one-off integrations. Item-level sales land nightly, are matched to your menu, and are kept in their raw form so a mapping fix can be replayed rather than patched.

Costed to the cent

Sub-recipes cascade into dishes, units convert correctly, and money is never a floating-point guess.

Receipts, read for you

Photograph a supplier invoice. Vetro extracts the lines, proposes the price updates, and waits for a human to approve before anything moves.

Price changes come to you

When an ingredient moves, Vetro already knows which dishes it touches and what it did to their margins. You get the consequence, not the raw number.

Salmon fillet +18.4%

Grilled Salmon falls to 38% margin — 7 pts below target.

Cooking oil +9.2%

Affects 14 dishes. Blended food cost +0.4 pts.

Recipes shared, priced locally

Define a recipe once at brand level. Every outlet inherits the structure and costs it against its own suppliers.

History that stays true

Recipes and prices are versioned by date. Changing a recipe today never rewrites last quarter's margins.

The whole team, safely

Owners, managers and kitchen staff each see what they should. Costs stay visible only to the people who own them.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself

Vetro is meant to disappear into the week. The setup is short and the maintenance is close to none.

  1. 01Day one

    Connect

Point Vetro at your POS and upload a supplier list. Historic sales backfill on the first night, so you start with context rather than an empty screen.

  2. 02First week

    Cost

Build recipes once. Vetro cascades sub-recipes, converts units and prices every plate against the suppliers that outlet actually buys from.

  3. 03Every day after

    Decide

Open the dashboard and the numbers are already there — margin by dish, cost drift by ingredient, one outlet against the rest of the estate.

Why Vetro

Restaurant software fails on trust, not on features.

A margin figure is only useful if you would defend it in front of your accountant. Vetro is built backwards from that — the architecture exists to make the number defensible.

Nothing is computed while you wait

Every number the dashboard shows is worked out ahead of time and written down. Opening a report is a file download, not a query — so it is instant on day one and still instant at four hundred outlets.

Every byte is kept, and replayable

Raw POS responses, uploads and receipt images are stored untouched, forever. When a rule changes, the affected range is recomputed from source — no one hand-patches a production number.

One outlet cannot see another

Isolation is enforced on the path to the data itself, not by a query that has to remember to filter. Marketing scripts never load on a screen showing your revenue.

Find out what your menu actually costs

Connect one outlet, cost one menu, and see the difference between what you charge and what you keep.
